A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Approving Amendment No. 1 To The Agreement With Vermont Systems, Inc., For Software License, Maintenance And Support, To Add Web Hosting Services Provided By The Contractor For The Final Three Years Of The Term, In The Amount Of $15,840 For Years 1 And 2, And $16,315 For Year 3; And Authorizing The City Attorney And City Manager To Negotiate And Finalize Amendment No. 1; And Further Authorizing The Mayor And City Clerk To Execute The Amendment.
