A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Urging The Florida Legislature To Pass Senate Bill 1208 And Its Identical Companion Bill, House Bill 883, Which Would Amend Florida Statutes 775.085 And 775.0863 By Specifically Including State And Local Governmental Entities As Qualifying Victims Of Hate Crimes Under Florida Law; And Directing The City Clerk To Transmit A Copy Of This Resolution To The Speaker Of The Florida House Of Representatives And The President Of The Florida Senate.
