A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Directing The City Administration, As Part Of Any Request For Proposals (β€œrfp”) For The Sale Or Lease Of The North Shore Branch Library Located At 7505 And 7515 Collins Avenue (the β€œlibrary Site”), To Specify In The Rfp That All Five Parcels Comprising The Library Site, Including The Three City-owned Waterfront Parcels Located East Of The Library Building And Currently Used As A Surface Parking Lot, Shall Remain Unified And Shall Not Be Subdivided In Any Manner For Purposes Of The Sale Or Lease Thereof, To Ensure That The Sale Or Lease Of The Library Site Is Subject To Voter Referendum Approval, In Accordance With Section 1.03(b)(1) Of The City Charter, Relating To The Sale Or Lease Of City-owned Waterfront Land.
