A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Authorizing The City Manager To Extend, On A Month-to-month Basis, The Lease Agreement With Miami-dade County (the "county"), For Use Of Approximately 691 Square Feet Of Office Space At The South Shore Community Center, Located At 833 Sixth Street; Said Extension Commencing On January 1, 2022 And Ending On December 31, 2022, Based Upon The Current Financial Terms, In Order To Provide The County With Additional Time To Identify A Suitable Relocation Option, Pending The Anticipated Construction Of The New Fire Station At The Center.
