A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Approving And Authorizing The Mayor And City Clerk To Execute, In A Form Approved By The City Attorney, A Perpetual Utility Easement Agreement With 6800 Indian Creek Drive Llc ("owner" And "grantor"); said Agreement Granting The City An Easement, On An Area Of Land Of Approximately 54.47 Square Feet, In Order To Install, Access, Operate, Maintain, Repair, Replace And Upgrade Underground Utilities In Connection With A Mixed-use, Multifamily Building Located At 6800 Indian Creek Drive.
