A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Endorsing, In Concept, The Creation Of A Pedestrian Promenade On Espanola Way Between Collins Avenue And Washington Avenue, And Directing The City Administration To Study And Provide Its Professional Recommendations With Respect To The Proposed Reconfiguration And Partial Closure Of The Street To One Lane Of Vehicular Traffic, Including The Proposed Direction Of Traffic, Related Maintenance Of Traffic Issues, And Planning Efforts For The Implementation Of A Pedestrian Promenade On A Portion Of The Street, With The Final Plan For The Pedestrian Promenade Subject To The Prior Approval Of The Mayor And City Commission.
