A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Authorizing The City Manager And City Clerk To Execute A Community Aesthetic Feature Agreement With The Florida Department Of Transportation (fdot), For The Construction Of The North Beach Entrance Sign Located Within The Fdot Right-of-way At The Intersections Of West Bay Drive And Normandy Drive (71st Street); And Further Authorizing The City To Provide A Bond Or Letter Of Credit In The Amount Of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000), For The Future Removal Of The Entrance Sign And Restoration Of The Right Of Way, As May Be Required By Fdot.
