A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of miami Beach, Florida, Approving And Authorizing A License agreement (license Agreement) Between The City Of Miami beach (the "city") And Florida Engineering And Development corp., A Florida Department Of Transportation Contractor ("licensee"), To Allow For The Use By Licensee Of City Land located On 86th Street And Collins Avenue, Described As Lots 5 And 6, Block 12, Altos Del Mar Subdivision Number 2, according To The Plat Thereof, As Recorded In Plat Book 4, Page 162 Of The Public Records Of Miami-dade County, florida, With An Estimated Area Of +/-17,493.46 Square Feet, As a Staging Area To Store Equipment And Materials For Florida department Of Transportation ("fdot") Projects For The duration Of Approximately 420 Days, Effective February 1, 2024; And Further, Approving The Waiver Of A Licensee Fee In connection With The Fdot Projects; And Further, Authorizing the Mayor And City Clerk To Execute The License Agreement.
