Referral To The Neighborhood And Quality Of Life Committee, For An Update Regarding The City’s Short-term Rental Enforcement Efforts Following The Recently Approved Budget Enhancements For Additional Code Compliance Staff And Adoption Of Stricter Short-term Rental Regulations, Including A Discussion Of How The City Could Enhance Its Monitoring Of Short-term Rental Operators, Including With Respect To Payment Of All Required City And State Sales Taxes, In Order To Take Appropriate Enforcement Action  And Ensure Compliance With All Laws.
