A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Urging The Florida Legislature To Pass Senate Bill 1420, And Its Similar Companion Bill, House Bill 1213, Which Would Amend Florida Statute 119.071 By Providing Various Exemptions From The Florida Public Records Law With Regard To The Personal Identifying And Location Information Of Current And Former City And County Attorneys; Assistant City And County Attorneys; And Their Spouses And Children, Along With The Places Of Employment, Schools, And Daycare Facilities Of Their Spouses And Children; And Directing The City Clerk To Transmit A Copy Of This Resolution To The President Of The Florida Senate And The Speaker Of The Florida House Of Representatives.
