A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Amending Resolution No. 2022-31992, Which Accepted The Recommendation Of The Art In Public Places Committee To Approve Norman Braman's Donation Of Artist Jaume Plensa's Monumental Sculpture, Minna (the "work"), To Clarify That Mr. Braman Will Make Payment To The City In The Amount Of $1,000,000.00, For The City's Purchase Of The Work, For Installation In Pride Park, With The Donation To Be Made In Two Installments Of $500,000 Each, Prior To The Shipping Of The Work To The City; And Authorizing The City Manager, Or Her Designee, To Make Any And All Necessary Expenditures Of The Donated Funds For The Purchase Of The Work.
