A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Authorizing The City Manager To Negotiate An Agreement With Environmental Products Group Inc., As A Sole Source Purchase Pursuant To Section 2-367(d) Of The Miami Beach City Code, For Maintenance, Repairs, Parts, And Software Purchases For 1) Vacuum Trucks Manufactured By Vactor Manufacturing Inc. And 2) Cctv Equipment Manufactured By Envirosight Llc, Based Upon The Agreed Upon Pricing Schedule; Said Agreement Having An Initial Term For A Period Of Three (3) Years, With Two (2) Additional One (1) Year Renewal Term Options, At The Discretion Of The City Manager, In The Amount Not To Exceed The Funds Appropriated Annually For The Maintenance Of The Equipment; And Further Authorizing The City Manager To Execute The Final Agreement Upon Completion Of Successful Negotiations.
