To remove The Scope Of Work And Associated Cost Of The construction Of The Lake (resilient Florida Grant), authorizing The City Manager And City Clerk To Execute The contract, As Modified, And Further, Authorizing The City manager To Issue A Change Order To Reinstate The construction Of The Lake Scope And Associated Cost, Subject to And Contingent Upon City Commission Appropriation Of funding Therefor.
