DISCUSS/TAKE ACTION - FIFTH STREET PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE AND POSSIBLE MOTION TO RECONSIDER VOTES TO ADOPT AGENDA ITEM C7 A AND AGENDA ITEM C7 M ON THE FEBRUARY 5, 2026 CITY COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA, PERTAINING TO THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENTS IN FAVOR OF FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY (FPL): (1) AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE PERPETUAL, NON-EXCLUSIVE USE OF A TEN (10)-FOOT-WIDE EASEMENT AREA AT THE CITY-OWNED PARKING LOT LOCATED AT 1671 WEST AVENUE (C7 A); AND (2) AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE PERPETUAL, NON-EXCLUSIVE USE OF APPROXIMATELY 14,925 SQUARE FEET AT THE MIAMI BEACH GOLF CLUB PROPERTY AND TWO TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION LICENSE AND USE AGREEMENTS FOR AN UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC TRANSMISSION LINE (C7 M).
