A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Declaring Support For House Bill 105 And Its Companion Bill, Senate Bill 224, And Urging The Florida Senate To Adopt Senate Bill 224 Which Seeks To Authorize Counties And Municipalities To Further Restrict Smoking Within Public Beaches And Public Parks In Their Respective Jurisdictions; And Directing The City Clerk To Send A Copy Of This Resolution To The Speaker Of The Florida House Of Representatives, And The President Of The Florida Senate.
