An Ordinance Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Amending Chapter 2 Of The Miami Beach City Code, Entitled "administration," By Amending Article Ill, Entitled "agencies, Boards, And Committees," By Amending Division 20 Thereof, Entitled "police/citizen Relations Committee;" To Change The Name Of The Committee To The "public Safety Advisory Committee;" By Amending Section 2-190.36 Thereof, To Reflect The Name Change; By Amending Sections 2.-190.37-190.39 Thereof, To Expand The Purpose, Powers, Duties, Composition, And Required Knowledge And Experience Of Members Of The Committee; And, Providing For Repealer, Severability, Codification, And An Effective Date.
