C7S - A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of Miami Beach, Florida, Directing The Miami Beach Police Department To Formulate A Comprehensive Plan To Implement And Enforce Chapter 893 Of The Florida Statutes, Pertaining To The Sale, Manufacture, Distribution Or Delivery (or The Possession With Intent To Do So) Of Illegal Controlled Substances, To The Fullest Extent Permitted By Law, In Particular With Regard To Narcotics Offenses Committed In Statutorily Proscribed Locations For Which The Legislature Has Established Enhanced Penalties, Such As Increased Offense Level Classification And/or Minimum Mandatory Periods Of Incarceration, Including, But Not Limited To, Those Offenses Occurring Within 1,000 Feet Of A School, Park, Community Center Or Place Of Worship.
