A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Setting A Public Hearing To Consider Granting A Waiver Of The City’s Land Development Regulations, Pursuant To Section 142-425(d) Of The City Code, To Allow The City To Display The “union Jack” Flag, The De Facto National Flag Of The United Kingdom, On Saturday, May 6, 2023, To Celebrate The Coronation Of His Majesty King Charles Iii Of The United Kingdom, With The Union Jack Flag To Be Displayed Alongside The Flag Of The United States At City Hall And At Any Other City-owned Building With More Than One Flagpole; Thereby Waiving The Requirements Of Section 138-60 Of The City Code Relating To Flags.
