A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Requesting That The City Administration Conduct A Study Relating To The Feasibility Of A Potential New Flyover Project At 63rd Street And Indian Creek, To Allow The City Commission To Determine Whether To Urge The Florida Department Of Transportation (“fdot”) To Develop And Approve A New Flyover Project, In An Effort To Ease Traffic Congestion In The Area; And Further, Requesting That The City Administration Research The Historical Background Relating To The Fdot Flyover That Previously Existed On 63rd Street, And Report Its Findings To The Mayor And City Commission Via Letter To City Commission.
