A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Accepting The Recommendation Of The Public Safety And Neighborhood Quality Of Life Committee At Its March 7, 2022 Meeting, Approving The Naming Of The Nonmotorized Vessel Floating Dock Located Within Maurice Gibb Memorial Park In Memory Of Dr. Morris Sunshine; Setting A Public Hearing On May 4, 2022, Pursuant To Section 82-503 Of The City Code, To Consider Whether To Approve The Proposed Naming By A 5/7th Vote; And Directing The City Clerk To Provide Public Notice Of The Hearing Consistent With The Requirements Of Section 82- 503(a)(5).
