A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Following A Duly Noticed Public Hearing, As Required Pursuant To Section 82-93(b) Of The City Code, And The City's Public Works Department's Review And Recommendation To Grant The Revocable Permit Request, As Set Forth In The Commission Memorandum Accompanying This Resolution, Finding That The Criteria For Granting A Revocable Permit Pursuant To Section 82-94 Of The City Code Has Been Satisfied, And Approving A Revocable Permit Request From The Owners Of The Property Located At 5985 Alton Road, For The Installation Of A Generator, Within An Area Measuring Approximately 21 Square Feet (3' Feet By 7'), Located On A City Parcel, Having Approximately 1,200 Square Feet, At The End Of West 6oth Street; And Further Authorizing The City Manager To Execute The Revocable Permit.
