Discussion Relating To The Recommendation Of The Finance And Economic Resiliency Committee, At Its March 30, 2022 Meeting, To Authorize The Administration To Consider Selling The Following City Properties: (1) Pinetree & 63rd Street; (2) 266 87th Terrace; And (3) Commerce Street And Jefferson Avenue; Further, In The Event The Properties Are Sold, That The Proceeds From The Sale Be Applied Toward The Funding Of Capital Projects, As Determined By The City Commission.
