RECOMMENDATION
Please place on the April, 23 rd , 2025 Commission Meeting a referral to the Finance and Economic Resiliency Committee (“FERC”) to discuss the establishment of a “One Miami Beach” Call To Action to be utilized during important moments for increased proactive and responsive service with emphasis on citywide cleanliness, drain cleaning and setting a specific culture from the top of our organization downwards.
