A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO TAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS, NOTWITHSTANDING ANY DIRECTION IN RESOLUTION NO. 2024-33263 TO THE CONTRARY, FOR THE 5TH WEEK OF MARCH 2025 SPRING BREAK: (1) REPEAL THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE HIGH IMPACT PARKING RATE IN CITY-OWNED AND CITY-OPERATED PARKING LOTS AND GARAGES AND REVERT RATES TO THE STANDARD PRICING APPLICABLE OUTSIDE OF HIGH IMPACT PERIODS; AND (2) LIFT THE RESTRICTIONS REGARDING ON-STREET PARKING ALONG OCEAN DRIVE, COLLINS AVENUE, AND WASHINGTON AVENUE, FROM 5TH STREET TO 16TH STREET, THEREBY RESTORING NORMAL PUBLIC ACCESS TO METERED AND PERMITTED PARKING SPACES.
