A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO INCLUDE TEN (10) ADDITIONAL AXON IN-VEHICLE, LPR-EQUIPPED CAMERAS, TO BE INSTALLED IN POLICE DEPARTMENT PATROL VEHICLES AND HAVING AN APPROXIMATE INITIAL COST OF $50,000, AS A BUDGET PRIORITY IN THE CITY'S FISCAL YEAR 2026 BUDGET, IN ORDER TO ENHANCE PUBLIC SAFETY THROUGH THE USE OF ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY THAT SEAMLESSLY INTEGRATES INTO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT’S AXON ECOSYSTEM.
