A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, URGING FLORIDA SENATORS ASHLEY MOODY AND RICK SCOTT, AS WELL AS HOUSE REPRESENTATIVE FREDERICA WILSON, TO ADVOCATE FOR IMMEDIATE AND EFFECTIVE MEASURES TO ALLEVIATE OVERCROWDING AT THE KROME IMMIGRATION DETENTION CENTER AND SIMILAR FACILITIES BY EXPANDING DETENTION CAPACITY, IMPROVING OVERSIGHT, AND ENSURING ACCOUNTABILITY FOR REPORTED ABUSES.
