A RESOLUTION OF THE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF THE NORTH BEACH COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (NORTH BEACH CRA), ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE NORTH BEACH CRA ADVISORY COMMITTEE, AT ITS APRIL 8, 2025 MEETING, AND APPROVING, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, THE ALLOCATION OF NORTH BEACH CRA FUNDS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $1.5 MILLION FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE BISCAYNE BEACH ELEMENTARY SCHOOLYARD PROJECT.
