FISCAL IMPACT STATEMENT

The refunds to be issued pursuant to this measure will be in the amount of the difference between the flat rate applicable to non-residents and the regular resident rate for parking at certain city- owned surface lots and parking garages. Therefore, the refunds for the overpayment of parking fees are monies otherwise not due to the City and will not have a fiscal impact.
