A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Accepting The Recommendation Of The City Manager And Waiving, By 5/7th Vote, The Formal Competitive Bidding Requirement In Section 2-367(e) Of The City Code, Finding Such Waiver To Be In The Best Interest Of The City, And Authorizing The City Manager To Negotiate An Agreement With Metalcraft, Inc. For The Refurbishment Of The City’s 2006 Metalcraft Marine Firestorm 36 Fireboat, In The Amount Of $433,260.60; And Further Authorizing The City Manager And City Clerk To Execute An Agreement Upon Conclusion Of Successful Negotiations.
