A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Amending Resolution No. 2021-31537, Which Authorized The City To Accept Donations In Support Of The City Of Miami Beach's Afterschool Enrichment Rock Ensemble Program At Miami Beach Senior High School (the "program"); Said Amendment Approving And Authorizing Young Musicians Unite, Inc. To Accept Donations In Support Of The Program (in Lieu Of The City Accepting Such Donations), Provided That All Donations Made To The Program Shall Be Dedicated For The Exclusive Use And Benefit Of The Program, Per The Terms Of The Agreement Between The Young Musicians Unite, Inc. And The City.
