A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Accepting The Written Recommendation Of The City Manager (as Set Forth In The City Commission Memorandum Accompanying This Resolution), And Approve The Request For Authorization To Move Forward With Utilizing Warehoused Obsolete Radio Equipment As Trade-in Credit For The Acquisition Of New Xl-185 L3harris Radio Equipment With All Required Features To Operate On The City’s P25 Radio System, In The Amount Of $0.00 (inclusive Of Trade-in Credits); And Further, Waiving, By A 5/7ths Vote, The Formal Competitive Bidding Requirement, Finding Such Waiver To Be In The City's Best Interest.
