A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Accepting The Recommendation Of The City’s Lgbtqia+ Advisory Committee, Made At Its May 9th Meeting, And Declaring Moral And Philosophical Opposition To The Current Anti-lgbtq Climate In The State Of Florida, And Reaffirming The City’s Commitment To Being A Diverse, Equitable, And Inclusive Community While Still Bound By The Laws Of The State.
