A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The city Of Miami Beach, Florida, Directing The administration, Subject To Funding Availability, To evaluate The Feasibility Of Eliminating The Existing dedicated Northbound Right-turn Lane At The intersection Of Ocean Drive And 5 Street In Order To establish Green Bicycle Lane Connectivity Along northbound Ocean Drive Through The Intersection Of 5 street; And, If Feasible, To Proceed With The Design, permitting, And Implementation Of The Recommended green Bicycle Lane Improvements; And To Prioritize funding During The Fiscal Year 2025 Budget development Process, Or Subject To Appropriation through A Fiscal Year 2024 Budget Amendment.
