A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Urging Beach Towing Services, Inc. And Tremont Towing, Inc. (“towing Companies”) To Donate A Significant Portion Of Their Windfall Profits, Realized Due To Increased Towing Rates During March 2024, To Be Used For Cultural And Arts Programming And/or Parks And Recreation Activations, As Best Determined By The Mayor And City Commission, For The Betterment And Benefit Of The Miami Beach Community.
