A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, AUTHORIZING A ONE-TIME MATCHING GRANT OF $5,000.00 TO THE SUNFLOWER SOCIETY, A 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION, TO SUPPORT ITS FREE AFTER-SCHOOL AND INTERGENERATIONAL COMMUNITY ART CLASSES AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE CITY’S STANDARD GRANT AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE FOREGOING.
