A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Accepting The Recommendation Of The City Manager, Pursuant To Invitation To Bid (itb) No. 2022-253-wg, To Establish A Pool Of Contractors For Flooring Materials, Related Supplies, And Services, And Approving The Initial Pool Of Contractors: A Affordable Carpet And Maintenance, Inc.; All Things Epoxy, Llc; Commercial Interior Contractors Corp.; And Techgroupone, Inc.; Further Authorizing The City Manager To Keep The Itb Open For The Purpose Of Prequalifying Additional Contractors; And Delegating Authority To The City Manager To Add Contractors To The Pool Provided That Any Such Contractor Meet The Requirements Of The Itb, And To Remove Contractors For Non-performance.
