A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Accepting The Recommendation Of The City Manager, Pursuant To Request For Proposals (rfp) No. 2022-320-wg For Vision Insurance Benefits Plan; Authorizing The Administration To Negotiate With Eyemed Vision Care, Llc, The Top-ranked Proposer; And, If The Administration Is Unable To Successfully Negotiate Terms With Eyemed Vision Care, Llc, Authorizing The Administration To Negotiate With National Vision Administrators, Llc, The Second-ranked Proposer; And, If The Administration Is Unable To Successfully Negotiate Terms With National Vision Administrators, Llc, Authorizing The Administration To Negotiate With Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, The Third-ranked Proposer; And Further Authorizing The City Manager And City Clerk To Execute An Agreement Upon Conclusion Of Successful Negotiations By The Administration.
