A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Directing The City Clerk, Within One (1) Business Day Following Receipt Of A Resolution Adopted By Any Registered Neighborhood Association, To Transmit The Resolution To The Mayor And City Commission, City Manager, City Attorney, And Inspector General Via A Letter To Commission, In An Effort To Promote Greater Awareness Of Any Formal Positions Adopted By Neighborhood Associations And Advance The Public Participation Objectives Of The Citizens' Bill Of Rights And "residents' Right To Know" Ordinance, As Set Forth In Section 2-14 Of The City Code.
