A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Appropriating Funding, And Approving And Authorizing (and, As To Certain Agreements Retroactively Approving And Authorizing) The City Manager, Or His Designee, To Apply For And Accept Funding (including Matching Funds And Any Related City Expenses), And Execute Any And All Documents Or Agreements In Connection With The Following Grants, Programs, And Agreements: 1) Florida Department Of Law Enforcement, Office Of Criminal Justice Grants, Federal Fiscal Year 2020 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program, Countywide Solicitation,  In The Approximate Amount Of $10,000; 2) The Jorge M. PÉrez Family Foundation At The Miami Foundation, In The Approximate Amount Of $250,000; 3) The Florida League Of Mayors 2021 City Catalyst Grant Program In The Approximate Amount Of $1,500; and, 4) Florida Department Of Transportation, Public Transit Service Development Program In The Approximate Amount Of $128,000.
