For The Management And Operation Of The Lincoln Road Green Market; Said Amendment Waiving The Minimum Guarantee Payment, In The Amount Of $25,000 Annually, For The Period Commencing On October 1, 2020 And Ending On September 30, 2022, In Order To Address The Financial Impact Of The Covid-19 Pandemic On Concessionaire's Operations.
