A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Approving And Authorizing The City Manager To Negotiate And Execute Change Order No. 1 To The Construction Contract Between The City Of Miami Beach, Florida And J.r.t. Construction Co., For Construction Services At Middle Beach Recreational Corridor Phase Ill Project, To Include Additional Construction Services Associated With The Installation Of Infrastructure For Security Cameras Including, But Not Limited To, The Supply And Installation Of Handholes, Electrical Service Panels And Camera Poles, Resulting In An Increase Of $382,548.15 Which Includes An Increase In The Owner's Contingency By The Amount Of $34,777.10, Or 10% Of The Change Order Amount, Increasing The Total Value Of The Contract To $9,824,349.75, And Further Providing The Contractor A Time Extension Of Sixty (60) Calendar Days To Accommodate The Change In Scope.
