RECOMMENDATION
BACKGROUND/HISTORY
Please place on the June 25, 2025 agenda a referral to repave parking lots P18 through P21 on the south side of Lincoln Road Mall, and to paint the wall adjacent to the P19 lot white. The condition of these lots has raised safety concerns and affected the overall neighborhood appeal. Addressing these issues will improve public safety and enhance the local environment for residents and visitors. Administration should prepare cost estimates for each lot and the wall painting, and also be ready to present potential funding sources.
