A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, URGING THE CITYโS MARINE PATROL TO REQUIRE VESSELS ANCHORED OR MOORED IN OR ADJACENT TO CHANNELS, OR IN A MANNER WHICH OTHERWISE UNREASONABLY OR UNNECESSARILY CONSTITUTES A NAVIGATIONAL HAZARD OR INTERFERES WITH ANOTHER VESSEL, TO ENDEAVOR TO HAVE SUCH VESSELS RELOCATE IN ORDER TO ENSURE SAFETY IN THE CHANNELS AND ON THE CITYโS WATERWAYS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA LAW, INCLUDING SECTION 327.44 OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES. ย
