A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO ROUTE ALL "HOMELESS ACTIVITY" REPORTS SUBMITTED VIA THE MB GOV MOBILE APPLICATION TO THE MIAMI BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT (MBPD) DISPATCH, IN ADDITION TO THE HOUSING & COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT, TO ENSURE TIMELY RESPONSE AND ENFORCEMENT.
