A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO INSTALL "NO DUMPING - DRAINS TO THE BAY" SIGNAGE NEXT TO STORMWATER DRAINS AT 200 STRATEGIC LOCATIONS TO BE IDENTIFIED BY THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT IN COLLABORATION WITH THE ENVIRONMENT AND SUSTAINABILITY DEPARTMENT TO INCREASE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT OF IMPROPER WASTE DISPOSAL, AS RECOMMENDED BY THE MARINE WATERFRONT PROTECTION AUTHORITY BOARD (MWPA), WITH AN INITIAL PHASE TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN THE 2025 FISCAL YEAR AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $10,000 USING AVAILABLE FUNDING. ย
