A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING AS A POLICY DURING THE FY 2026 BUDGET PROCESS THAT ANY AVAILABLE YEAR-END GENERAL FUND SURPLUS IN FY 2025 BE USED TOWARD THE $6,530,000 THE CITY WOULD NEED TO PAY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT TO ACQUIRE THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 7605 COLLINS AVENUE FOR GENERAL MUNICIPAL PURPOSES, SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH ANY ESTABLISHED CITY POLICIES REGARDING RESERVES.
