A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Calling For A November 8, 2022 City Of Miami Beach Special Election, For The Purpose Of Submitting To The Electorate Of The City Of Miami Beach A Question Asking Whether City Charter Section 2.07(a) Regarding Vacancies On City Commission Not Due To Resignation Should Be Amended To Require, Including For Existing Vacancies, An Election If Commission Is Unable To Decide Whether To Fill Vacancies By Appointment Or Election, Or Has Decided To Appoint To Fill A Vacancy And Fails To Make An Appointment, With Such Election To Be Held At The Next Available City General Election, Unless Majority Of Remaining Commission Members Call An Election On Earlier Available Election Date.
