RECOMMENDATION
BACKGROUND/HISTORY
Please place on the July 23, 2025 agenda a dual referral to the Committee for Quality Education and Youth Commission to discuss current patterns of e-scooter, bike, and other micromobility device usage among K-12 students, including safety concerns, training needs, and issue recommendations.
Their discussions and recommendations will inform City Commission decision-making around safe routes, educational programs, and policy development pertaining to micromobility device use in the City.
