A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, URGING THE FLORIDA LEGISLATURE TO AMEND SECTION 775.215, FLORIDA STATUTES, TO EXTEND SEX OFFENDER RESIDENCE RESTRICTIONS TO CASES INVOLVING VICTIMS UNDER THE AGE OF 18, INSTEAD OF THE CURRENT AGE OF 16; AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO TRANSMIT A COPY OF THIS RESOLUTION TO THE GOVERNOR, SENATE PRESIDENT, HOUSE SPEAKER, AND MEMBERS OF THE MIAMI-DADE COUNTY STATE LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION.
