A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH SOBE CATS SPAY & NEUTER, INC. (SOBE CATS), IN A NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF $250,000, TO ENABLE SOBE CATS TO PURCHASE TWO (2) CONTAINERS TO BE RETROFITTED FOR EXPANSION OF THE CITY’S TRAP, NEUTER, VACCINATE AND RELEASE PROGRAM AND THE KITTY CAMPUS; AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE GRANT AGREEMENT, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY.
